David Axon
A restructuring professional with over 26 years’ experience leading change and restructuring programmes across a variety of sectors, for small and corporate businesses in the UK and internationally.
Support comprises operational due diligence assessments, operational restructuring advice and hands-on implementation for transactions and under-performing businesses. Leading programmes across MENA, Europe, Americas, India and the Nordic regions on behalf of Corporates, Banks, Investment Houses and Family Offices.
David has worked in senior line management positions in industry and director / partner advisory roles in global professional service firms, including Parcel Force, PWC, Grant Thornton and Celerant / Hitachi. He has made several acquisitions of underperforming companies which have been successfully exited and held various executive and non-executive positions in acquired businesses. He is currently CEO of Tookie a medical devices and applications company.
David speaks fluent Russian, Serbian, Croatian, French & Cantonese and is a keen cyclist, often enduring trips such as Liverpool to Paris!
