A Quality Management & Excellence Consultant with 20 years’ experience of using the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model.
Nick graduated as an engineer and spent 22 years progressing to senior roles with Dunlop in UK, India, Germany and Middle East, followed by directorships in two multinational corporations.
Armed with insight into operations, strategy and change management, he saw an opportunity to follow an entrepreneurial career by starting his own consultancy.
In 20+ years of operation he has completed consultancy projects in 28 countries across the UK, West Europe, Central Europe, North Africa, Middle East and Far East.
