Achieve significant savings and improve utilisation across their UK supply chain.

Improve supply chain knowledge and introduce best practice within the organisation.

Review of third party logistics purchasing procedure.

Developed a collaborative logistics initiative between the different subsidiaries, which resulting in significant saving, improved vehicle utilisation and capacity maximisation.

Redesigned the logistics network to achieve savings in excess of £3m
